The XCHO bark training collar is the newest and most effective Bark control device by Pet-Tech. It's specifically designed to correct and safely prevent your dog's unwanted barking behaviour by using a combination of sound, mild static correction (shock) & vibration.
The shock and Vibrate functions are completely customisable with 7 variable levels each, so you can select the level of correction required based on your dog's size and behaviour. The shock function can be turned off completely if it is not required. The adjustable microphone sensitivity makes this a great choice for multiple dog families.
Easily navigate through the different menu options using the user-friendly LED interface with touch button controls, in all weather conditions. The high-performance rechargeable battery has a standby life of up to 10 days. This figure reduces based on the frequency of activation.

SEQUENCE OF EVENTS;
Unlike other bark collars, this collar does not have a complicated sequence of events.
It will activate as per your settings from the first bark, making it effective extremely fast.
Bark 1 - It will activate a combination of shock/vibrate/sound as per settings.
It will continue to do this up to bark 7, at which point it will stop working and go into standby mode for 1 minute for the safety of the dog.

We bought this collar in the hope that it would stop our Aussie doodle barking and chasing balls on TV or every type of animal. We tried the collar on the default settings, and it worked almost immediately. He was a little confused at first as he also has a boundary fence collar, but he soon learnt that barking causes the beep and vibration. We did have to reduce the sensitivity as a dog barking on TV did set it off once. We only had to use the collar for 3 days, and we only put it on occasionally now if he needs a reminder - but that is becoming less and less. Great training tool for reducing barking without harm to the dog.
I bought this collar as a last resort. I have a cavalier that barks at the TV and anything that moves on our walks. I dont use the shock the vibration and sound were enough to get his attention. Saw the difference after one walk. He visibly controls himeself to not bark even without it. He knows when he wears the collar not to bark. It works so well he tried to hide it after several uses. He is a lot calmer and relaxed now he doesnt have to protect us from everything. Its amazing to see him enjoying things and I am no longer stressed
It seems to work well but I did notice when I first started putting the collar on my toy poodle she would gag even though the collar wasn’t tight. That seems to of improved over time.
