1.The feeder must be plugged into a power source for remote control via the smartphone. If not plugged in, and running purely on battery mode, it will dispense food automatically according to the pre-set schedule.
2.If it dispenses food as scheduled, it will be shown in the feeding record. If there is no record, it means no food was dispensed at the scheduled time. This way, you can know whether the machine is dispensing food properly when you're away.
3.If the machine experiences a blockage, the app interface will display "Dispensing Port Blocked" until the next successful dispensing. This allows you to monitor the machine's functionality remotely.
4.If the suction cup isn't strong enough, please ensure the surface is smooth. Clean the suction cup and the surface with a damp cloth and follow the video instructions again.
5.After the machine is plugged in and paired successfully, the indicator light will stay red. When the built-in battery is fully charged, the green light will blink slowly.
6.The machine automatically powers on when plugged in. It cannot be turned off while plugged in. To turn it off, unplug the charger and press the power button twice quickly. A "beep-beep" sound indicates successful shutdown. To turn it on again, press the power button lightly.
7.When not plugged in, if you remove and then re-insert the battery, the machine will need to be re-paired for the scheduled feeding plan to function.
8.Upon plugging in, the machine will start charging, indicated by a constant red light. When fully charged, the green light will blink.
9.In pure battery mode, when the battery is low, the red light will blink rapidly.
